5.5.5 IUL-factorization in 3D

In the 3D case a new class of interfaces, the 2D surfaces, in the following called faces, appears. This implies a new group of nodes and changes vectors into $ (\underline{u}_V^T,\underline{u}_E^T,\underline{u}_F^T,\underline{u}_I^T)^T$. In the same way new blocks appear in the matrices. While the elimination step remains similar to Alg. 5.17 one has to take care in the factorization.
