4.3.2.4 Matrix-times-Vector multiplication.

All matrices are accumulated (type-I) but they have to include additional entries to nodes in neighboring subdomains, i.e., those matrices are $ N_i \times \widetilde{N} \makebox[0pt]{}_i$ rectangular matrices. The appropriate components of the extended vector have to be received previously to the multiplication. The remaining operation runs fully in parallel.
