• Support by BIB in the framework of partnership with universities, recently with Sarajevo, Belgrad, Novi, Sad, Ljubljana, Maribor, Shkodra, Zagreb.

• BIB: Heading for South-East-Europe: outgoing mobility

  • travel costs covered by KFU (5000 € per year starting in 2012)
  • local costs have to be covered by host institution

• JoinEU-SEE: KFU-grant for stipendia (deadline Feb 1, 2011)

• Joint programme [JoinEU-SEE] with a core group (already exisiting cooperations with univ., via rectors)

• IP (intensive programme) in terms of ERASMUS

  • 3 EU-partners are needed (Turku?, Hungary?)
  • 3 years, especially summer schools

• COIMBRA group (e.g., Turku)

• ENC-task Force

• CEEPUS network for joint programs (out/in),

  • rather high grants for students/lecturer (participating: Hungary, Bulgaria, Serbia, Albania)

• Combination of IP (money for EU partners) and CEEPUS (money for Balkan partners)

• ASO: fast and easy application for grants, light administration (e.g. Bulgaria)

• ERASMUS development of curricula

  • „Summer School“ → development of CK

Informal talk with Prof. Hazim BAŠIĆ, Vice-Rector of the Unversity Skopje on Dec. 17, 2010 in Skopje resulted in a statement by VR that the local costs for external lecturers can be covered by Univ. Skopje and that Universities Graz and Skopje have already an existing partnership.
