- The Workshop takes place at the Institut für Mathematik, Uni Graz, Heinrichstrasse 36, Hörsal 11.02. Our Institute is only 15 Minutes walk from the center of Graz and well connected to the city by public transportation.
- Participants are kindly invited to give a talk which should last no more than 40 Minutes, including 10 Minutes for discussion. There are no parallel sessions planned.
Participants are also kindly requested to provide their presentation in form of PDF or PS files (e.g., generated using Slide TeX) or in PPT format. Presentations will be posted on the Web.
- There is no conference fee. No support for travel expenses is provided, in general.
- Two slide projectors, a dia-projector and a video-beamer are avaliable in the lecture room. A laptop computer with the following technical specifications is also provided:
- Microsoft Windows 95 or LINUX operating system
- Microsoft Office (including MS-Powerpoint)
- Acrobat reader, ghostview
- MATLAB 5.3

Häuserl im Wald, Pension Rückert, and Hotel Teuschler are close to
the university.
To get from "Häuserl im Wald" to the Institute, walk down to Tram No.1 (about 10 min.), take the Tram (direction "Eggenberg UKH") and change at station "Maria Grün" to bus No. 58 (which starts there). Get off at station "Mozartgasse" which is opposite the Institute. Also to get from Pension Rückert and Hotel Teuschler to the Institute see the map.

- How to get to the Institute of Mathematics?
From the Airport:
The price for a taxi from the Airport to the Institute
should be about 20,- Euro.
There are several (bus and train) connections from the Airport to the Central Train
Station (Hauptbahnhof) or Jacominiplatz. Click Getting to Graz Airport for

From the Central Train Station:
Either take a taxi to Uni Graz, Heinrichstr. 36 or take bus No. 58 to
the Uni Graz, bus stop Mozartgasse. You can get a ticket from the
driver.
From Jakominiplatz:
Either take a taxi to Uni Graz, Heinrichstr. 36 or take bus No. 30 to
the Uni Graz, bus stop Mozartgasse. You can get a ticket from the
driver.
If you wish, you can walk from Jakominiplatz to Herrengasse and reach Hauptplatz,
the center of Graz. From there walk along Sporgasse and continue that direction to reach Heinrichstrasse.
