Algebraic Groups and Invariant Theory

August 30th – September 4th, 2009

The conference take place at the Centro Stefano Franscini, a conference center near Ascona in Ticino, Switzerland.

The key topics of the conference were W-algebras, invariants of subalgebras, nilpotent orbits, and geometric representation theory.
