How to input a vector of tone rows

In order to input a vector of tone rows,

first input '[',
then input a tone row embraced by '[' and ']', (i.e. for each tone row input '[', then the tone row and finally ']' at the end of each tone row,
separate different tone rows by a comma ',',
and at the end of the vector insert a closing ']'.

For example the vector containing the two tone rows
2,4,7,1,3,12,6,10,9,5,8,11 and 10,7,4,1,5,6,2,8,11,9,3,12
should be input as
[[2,4,7,1,3,12,6,10,9,5,8,11],[10,7,4,1,5,6,2,8,11,9,3,12]]
