How to get there
It is quite easy to get from the local airport to the city centre by
public transport. When you land, you can find bus and train schedules
on several screens.
The train is roughly a 3 min walk from the
airport. It leads to the main train station of Graz (takes 12 minutes).
From there, the bus lines 58, 58E and 63 go to Lendplatz, this is where the
two hotels are located. It only takes three bus stops.
One ticket is 1.90 (valid for the whole city, for 1 hour or so, it is
enough to get you to the hotel). This is called Zone 101.
Alternatively, you can get a 10 rides ticket at around 17 Euros
(which you have to stamp before the train or in the tram/bus
you are using).
Or you can get a ticket for a week. It costs 11.20 Euros.

)
The taxi from the airport to Lendplatz is probably 20-25 Euros.
Getting to the university
It is possible to walk to the university from the hotel, it is
about 20 minutes walk (2km roughly). The bus lines 58 takes you to Heinrichstrasse, you should
get off at the stop `Mozartgasse', in front of the department of Mathematics.
If you take bus number 63, you should get off at Geidorfplatz and walk down
Heinrichstrasse.
